Każdy trening z takimi gwiazdami to dla tak młodego chłopaka super sprawa. A widać po nim, że to talent czystej wody. Świadczy o tym choćby spokój, w jaki wykończył akcję w meczu z Jagiellonią. Oczywiście Olek na razie ma tylko dwie bramki w ekstraklasie, ale czas pracuje dla niego. Każdy trening, każda minuta spędzona na boisku w meczu ligowym czy nawet sparingu pozwoli mu nabierać pewności siebie, a to dla napastnika jest niezwykle istotna Żurawski widzi zestawienie ataku Wisły w najbliższych meczach. - Turgeman i Buksa zaliczyli bardzo dobry początek wiosny, ale jestem przekonany, że Paweł Brożek nie powiedział jeszcze ostatniego słowa i będzie chciał jeszcze parę bramek dorzucić do swojego dorobku - uśmiecha się „Żuraw”. - Dla trenera Skowronka to duży komfort, że ma teraz w składzie takich napastników, którzy potrafią strzelać gole. Bridging the gap between entry-level rallying and the Rally2 machinery which feeds into the top tier, Rally3 is acknowledged as one of the most important classes in the sport. M-Sport was first to market with its Ford Fiesta Rally3 – which has been competing for close to a year now – but there are more manufacturers expected to reveal WRC3-ready cars in the future. “It’s fantastic news to have this WRC3 championship title,” said Woda. “Of course, we know already the Fiesta Rally3 is the car to be used in the Junior World Rally Championship, but to have a stand-alone category like WRC3 is so important for us.” Molly Taylor drove a Fiesta Rally3 in 2021 Last year’s FIA Junior WRC champion Sami Pajari leads the WRC3 charge at next week’s Rallye Monte-Carlo (20 - 23 January), with Enrico Brazzoli and Jan Černy also running Fiesta Rally3’s prepared at M-Sport’s Kraków factory. “This is a really exciting season for us,” Woda continued. “We are now building the 54th Fiesta Rally3, which demonstrates the demand for this car and this category. “Like you can imagine, we were very happy the FIA ratified a bigger restrictor for the car – we have gone from 30 to 31mm – and this gives the car 235bhp instead of just over 200. “In terms of torque, we’ll have 415Nm instead of 400. The car is the successor to the hugely popular Fiesta R2, which forms the backbone of the FIA Junior WRC, and is targeted primarily at the sport’s rising stars. It slots into the new rally pyramid above the entry level Rally5 cars and beneath the low-cost four-wheel drive Rally 3 step. M-Sport’s latest two-wheel drive machine has been developed and built by the company’s Polish arm in Kraków and the 999cc turbocharged Ford EcoBoost engine has been upgraded to raise power levels to 210bhp and torque to 315Nm. Improved gear ratios and stronger driveshafts are designed to better handle the delivery of the increased power and torque while the car also boasts a striking new aggressive look, courtesy of bonnet vents designed to improve cooling. Suspension upgrades are targeted at improving handling while a lighter exhaust and additional power enhance the car’s power to weight ratio. M-Sport Poland board member Maciej Woda said the Fiesta Rally4 was a ‘comprehensive development’ of the R2 car and benefited from its popularity and success. “With so many cars distributed and kilometres covered, the engineering team at our base in Kraków was able to quickly identify a development strategy thanks to the constructive feedback received from a huge pool of drivers from a variety of backgrounds,” he said. M-Sport managing director Malcolm Wilson said the car underlined the company’s commitment to the sport’s future stars.“M-Sport and Ford have always been at the forefront when it comes to supporting all levels of the sport, and we’re constantly developing our product range to provide a cost-effective and competitive route from grass root to top-level rallying. “As the FIA’s new Rally Pyramid becomes more identifiable, we plan to have a car to represent every level – from access to performance and, for those who progress to the very top level, elite,” he explained. The gearboxes and dampers are fully rebuilt and the team crack-test all major suspension components to ensure maximum reliability. The graphics on the cars are also refreshed between each rally to ensure the very highest levels of presentation for both the WRC Academy and individual sponsors is provided," explained Woda."Rally Italia Sardegna was particularly rough on the cars and the team worked exceptionally hard on repairing some of the engines before Finland. I was pleased to see that each of these engines performed well whilst over there. I was also delighted to see 14 out of the 15 Ford Fiesta R2s finish the last WRC Academy round in Germany," said Woda started working for M-Sport in September 2004. After progressing through the ranks as an engineer in the WRC team, Woda was a natural choice to run the programme when it M-Sport decided it would open up a new operational hub on the a rigorous search process a suitable site for M-Sport's Poland branch was found towards the end of 2010 in Poland's second-largest city - Krakow."As well as being one of the biggest countries in Europe Poland is also one of the fastest growing economies.
